Summer Projects

Summer is one of my favorite times of the year, fall being the other. I love that we can relax in the morning and take our time getting ready for the day and just have fun. This morning the girls really wanted to make these little pillows I found at Michaels. Oh, what would I do without Michaels? I spent about $20.00 the other night buying little kits and things for the kids to do when it is too hot to be outside. These little pillow kits were $2.00, and the girls loved it. They are learning the art of how to control your frustrations when you make a mistake...Emery struggles with this the most. I think the little pillows would be great for the tooth fairy because they have a little pocket on the front. Despite Brody trying to take any little piece he could find and Cambree whining about something every minute...we finished. After we were done, it took us like another hour, but we finally got dressed and took a walk to the park.

Michaels does have some fun projects to do. IT is hard for young ones, like Cambree's age though. I like that you can use them for the tooth fairy!! :) What a plus! So do they tell you when they lose a tooth or just put them under their pillow, thinking the tooth fairy already knows?? OR do you just forget either way? I have not gotten their yet. Brandon is four, but not losing any teeth yet.

My daughter Taylor is 2 and I am ready to lose her pacifier. We say no more pacifiers in Arizona. In one week we will let you know how that goes. Let me know about CAmbree too.
