Fun Day with Cousins!

The kids love it, I mean really love it, when people come to visit....especially cousins. Mema, Stacey, Keianna and Jenae came up to spend the day with us and it was a lot of fun. Stacey and I took the older kids to see the movie Wall-e. I wasn't sure if I was going to make it through the movie because it seemed like the first 30 minutes there was no talking at all...this is tough for me. But after a bit, the movie picked up and it had it's cute parts. For some reason everytime my nieces come the kids have to build a tent in the girls room, so of course that had to be done.

Jenae just loved playing with Cambree and Brody. Cambree was being a little bit of a pickle (that's putting it nicely), so Jenae stuck close to Brody. He was so excited to see her jumping rope, we had to record him copying her, it was just so cute.


Mema is so cute, she always brings a little craft for the kids to work on. This time it was a cute little wooden star box for the kids to paint for the 4th of July. They love that kind of stuff, I wish I could be more like my mom and come up these little ideas. We had homemade pizza for dinner and unfortunately everyone had to leave early because the girls are still in school right now...bummer. Oh and Stacey, I still can't find my SUNGLASSES!!! ;)

Oh and I'm so happy that Jenae showed Brody how cool it is to sit in a booster seat at the table. Now if we can just get him to realize it is cool to eat your food!!!
