Having a three and four year old around during the day can be pretty funny to listen to some days. Lately it has been there counting skills that make me laugh.
The other day Cambree came running out of her room so excited to tell me that Landry had walked. Landry has been occasionally trying to walk for about a week or two, but nothing more than one or two steps. She told me that he was holding onto the bed and than all of a sudden let go and took 13 steps!! She was so excited for him, it was cute, but in my mind I was thinking there is no way he could have taken that many steps....too funny.
Brody has a unique way of counting and shared some of his skills with one of Emery's good friend Trevor the other day. He really wanted to tell Trevor about finding another rollie pollie bug earlier that day. He said, I found 1, 2, 9, 5, 11, and everybody. Of course if you can imagine how "The Count" sounded on Sesame Street, he sounded just like him.
These two keep me busy, they are night and day when it comes to personalities and it can be quite nutty around here sometimes, but I know I will miss the cute little things they tell me daily. Well this morning, they both told me my hair looked messy after I just got done curling it and actually trying to look like a person today...but that's OK they are three and four!

ha ha! That just goes to show you don't have to doing anything to impress your kids. Isn't that nice? I love the Counting stories!
Kids are impressive the things they say sometimes! However, my son was telling me the other day that my teeth were turning yellow and my belly was getting bigger! Thanks!
