Dino-fun
I sure miss our days in preschool. Right before we moved to Utah it was my turn and I was so excited because we were learning about dinosaurs. So for two days I spent sometime making paper mache dinosaur eggs. On the morning of preschool I told the kids a mama dinosaur had passed through Yuba City and laid her eggs. So we set out to find the eggs. I will never forget little Kate, she quietly leaned over to me and said, "Amy, I don't want to touch the eggs." I quickly reassured her that they were just paper ;)
We took them inside and used a hammer to smash them open. Inside they found a little tiny dinosaur and they were so excited!
We took them over to the table and got out some paint and made dino footprints just like they do in the hospital with babies hehe. I love this age, their imaginations are so much fun.
