Ok, so here we are the beginning of May and it is raining like crazy! I'm not complaining, I love the rain, especially when the grass and everything around is so green, it feels refreshing to me. We had a quiet weekend at home. I decided to go to the grocery store Saturday morning, which was a mistake I think. First I was feeling pretty yucky (which turned out to be strep throat), second everyone in Yuba City that got paid on the 1st was at the store, and 3rd it was raining (I hate going shopping in the rain for some reason). When I got home I decided to help the girls make these little umbrellas I had recently seen online. I think they turned out cute. It's nice for Cambree to do these kinds of projects with her sisters around, she learns so much from them. I hope next weekend it doesn't rain because I'm planning a garage sale and I need to get the garden going soon, let's keep our fingers crossed.

You could still do the garage sale in the rain. Doug and I did ours this last Saturday, and people came despite the rain. We made over $100 which is not too shabby:)
Love the cute umbrellas- you always are doing something cute it seems!
You are such a good momma, I used to do things like that alot more but I think I have gotten burned out these last couple of kids and I need to pick up the reins again. Hope you get feeling better quick.
