I was driving down the Hwy the other day and spotted this cool old, I'm guessing
1940s firetruck. So I thought maybe I will go back in the morning and get some pictures, and some much needed practice with the camera. So of course I called my good friend Lindsay, I think she is the only one crazy enough to join me ;)plus she is a great teacher!
The kids were a little confused, I think they thought we were going to see a modern firetruck, you know lights, sirens, shiny and fancy. But even without all the fancy bells and whistles, they recognized the truck as a firetruck....Brody's favorite.
I wish we could have learned more about this old engine, but the man that was selling it, was not home to tell us about it. A short distance away from the truck was this old building with some cool doors on the front, so of course we had to hop out get a few more pictures...and finished up just as a Hwy patrol officer pulled up to see if we needed any help ;).Check out this little guy, he should be in magazines.
Brody is always difficult to take pictures of, but Cambree on the other hand, is always ready to smile and pose...where does she get it?

See what I mean about my Bro...not so good in the photos.

You got some great ones!! I love the first one and of course the kids are pretty cute too.!!!
They look great! I still have not mastered the tilt pic, looks like you have!
Be careful you might be getting a bill for listening to my blog all day....jk. I do the same thing. By the way you did these pictures all by yourself, with your camera. They are really great. You do have some hidden talent in this area. Keep it up!
What a great backdrop for photos! Way to keep your eyes open! One piece of advice that I learned all these years, don't cut your kids' feet off! :)
