This school year, Kelci chose to do band. I was proud of her for trying to play the oboe. I was reminded of how challenging an instrument it is when I would try and help her practice and couldn't even get two notes out. I miss the days of playing in a concert band. It was fun to watch Kelci progress. Not sure if she will stick with it, but for now we will enjoy the music. (Also we are crossing her fingers she grows a little bit, check out the height difference with the other kids ;)
