There are some perks to having Bryan working for Costa Vida....and that is the tortillas. Bryan brought a few home the other night for Family Home Evening and so we decided to make snowflakes with them. These are very yummy!! The kids have a lot of fun cutting them up and than of course eating them up after they have been fried and dipped in powder sugar.

Yes Kristin, Bryan has been working for Costa Vida for almost two years in April I think. It has been nice to have him still in town and having him work at a restaurant too. That helps a lot when I'm not in the mood for cooking. I promise you that if you hd this food you would probably be hooked, so come up sometime...what do you say?
