Emery has decided she would like to try swimming now. For the past couple of years she has really enjoyed swimming and so I decided instead of swimming lessons I would put her on the swim team, FRAC (Feather River Aquatic Club). She gets a lot more practice time, and almost one on one instruction for the same cost as regular swim lessons. So far she is loving it and is glad that she is not doing gymnastics anymore. Now I'm just trying to encourage Bryan to try swimming too because they have it for us old folks!! It's a great way to stay in shape and exercise your heart without causing more aches and pains in other places...maybe I will do it.

Man, Amy, when did we get to be old!?! It sucks. You should do the swimming thing; at least you are still skinny enough to get in a swimsuit. I'm so jealous.
I was really considering the swimming thing, especially since they have lifeguards on duty to save me while I'm struggling to catch my breath;)
